These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contracts between GS-Templates, Heidnocken 1, 57489 Drolshagen, Owner: Lukas Schornstein (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and business customers (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") concluded via the Provider's online shop. Deviating terms and conditions of the Customer will not be accepted unless the Provider expressly agrees in writing.
2.1. The Provider sells pre-designed WordPress template websites as complete digital packages.
2.2. Delivery of digital content is made exclusively by electronic transmission (e.g. via download link or email) within 3 business days after payment is received.
2.3. The Provider assumes no legal responsibility for verifying or customizing the delivered websites in terms of privacy policies, legal notice (imprint), domain registration, hosting, or other legally required content. This responsibility lies entirely with the Customer.
3.1. The product representations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation for the Customer to submit a binding order.
3.2. By placing an order in the online shop, the Customer submits a binding offer. The contract is only concluded once the Provider explicitly accepts the order via email.
4.1. All prices are quoted in euros and include statutory VAT.
4.2. Payment can be made via the methods offered in the online shop: Klarna, bank transfer, or credit card.
4.3. The Provider reserves the right to process orders only after full payment has been received.
5.1. The right of withdrawal does not apply, as these are digital products that cannot be returned once delivered (§ 356 para. 5 BGB), unless a valid reason exists (e.g., technical defects attributable to the Provider).
5.2. By placing the order, the Customer explicitly agrees to waive their statutory right of withdrawal once the Provider begins to fulfill the service.
6.1. The Provider accepts no liability for the legal compliance of the delivered websites. This includes, but is not limited to:
6.2. The Provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence. For minor negligence in breach of non-essential contractual obligations, liability is excluded.
7.1. Statutory warranty rights are excluded where legally permissible.
7.2. The Provider only warrants that the delivered digital content corresponds to the characteristics described in the online shop.
8.1. Customers may submit support requests via the Provider’s support page. There is no entitlement to personalized support beyond the legally required services.
9.1. German law applies exclusively, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
9.2. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the Provider’s registered office, provided the Customer is a business entity.
10.1. If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
10.2. Changes or additions to these T&Cs must be made in writing.
